Ursprung
Ursprung, meaning origin, is a retreat series I run with Adrian Cipriani, and a community that has grown up around it. We see it as an ongoing quest to build the kinds of spaces and formats that are most powerful for exchanging ideas, practices and mindsets between disciplines, in a way which is deeply valuable and generative rather than surface-level or forced. We gather a small group of people from very different fields into remote and beautiful places for a few days of living and creating side by side, alongside workshops, hikes and shared meals. Between retreats, we also host smaller events like co-creation days in Munich.
